This my ARP 2601 and 3620 Keyboard both have the same serial number.

It really is in pristine condition, this has always been in a studio, and never been gigged, the Tolex finish is immaculate, even on the case lids, the chrome corner protectors are still shiny and blemish free, the keyboard is super condition, hardly played, although the keyboard bushes still needed replacement.

I have added three 1/4" Switchcraft Jack Sockets, two for the Line Out's and one for the Line In on the Pre-Amplifier Module.

I have replaced all of the broken sliders, and replaced the missing slider knobs, I just haven't got around to taking some new pictures yet, when I do I will remove this bit of information.

Electronically it is 100% functional, and sounds awesome, especially with the superior 4072 Filter, once the correct resistors are fitted.

I had the Grey faced 2600 back in my workshop, and I have played the two 2600's together, and I can say that the Grey faced Filter 4012 does sound a lot like the Minimoog filter, well I suppose it would, as it is exactly the same circuit as designed by Bob Moog.

I have recently finished replacing the inferior LM301 Op-Amps with modern LF411's, this has made a big improvement to the Audio Signal path, before there was always a white noise hiss in with audio, that's now gone

Also I replaced the 4 resistors in the 4072 Filter, they were 4K7, now are 2K2, this improves the cut-off range, lots more information of further mods can be found by reading the late Phil Dodds comments he made to Mark Vail who then published his book - Vintage Synthesizers ISBN 0-87930-275-0. I'm trying to get permission from Mark to publish these comments on this web site.

I fitted black speaker cloth between the grill holes and the speaker, I find this is a big improvement. Do you agree?

This is a magnificent synthersiser with a sound to match, the condition is almost as it would have been thirty years ago when it left the factory.
